Little Samurai & skills for life
Our Little Samurai's programme will help your child develop essential skills that they can apply to all areas of life whilst having fun and socialising. This is an age specific programme and includes our Champions for life syllabus which is perfect for ages 4 to 7.

Junior Kickboxing
Engaging, Challenging and fun too! Our Juniors programme will help your child develop essential skills that they can apply to all areas of life. Specifically designed for ages 8 to 12 and includes our Skills for life and Junior Leadership academy.
Adults Kickboxing
Helping Adults reach their maximum physical and mental potential. A Kickboxing programme with multiple benefits that is fun and easy to implement into your daily activities and routine. Offering a range of both contact and non contact training along with circuit and fitness sessions. Whatever your goals, we're here to help.
Ladies only Kickboxing
Our Ladies only classes are fantastic fun and full of energy. Come along to get fit, learn a new skill or advance your existing martial arts skills. Both contact and non contact training is available. These sessions are suitable for all ages 12+.
30 minute Bag Blast
For a workout as fast-paced as your lifestyle. These sessions are perfect for burning those calories and working up a sweat. Suitable for beginners to advanced from the age of 12+.

We've helped 100's of women over the years to improve self awareness, self confidence and learn effective self protection methods and essential avoidance skills...
